What are Luma Eggs?

Initially appearing as Mysterious Eggs, these collectible items are a key part of the Luma Island experience. Incubating them reveals various types of Luma, each offering unique benefits. The type of Luma hatched is random, adding an element of surprise to the process.

Locating Luma Eggs

Luma Eggs are primarily found in two locations: the island's mysterious Ruins and behind Shrine offering doors. Each Ruin and Shrine within a specific area contains a single Luma Egg.

Ruin eggs are located deep within each Ruin, requiring thorough exploration. Shrine eggs are behind doors requiring Tepid Offering Crystals, often found in challenging-to-reach spots within each area.

Hatching Luma Eggs

To hatch your Luma Eggs, you'll need a Luma Incubator. Purchase the blueprint from Balthazar's shop for 500 coins and gather the necessary crafting materials:

Once crafted, the Luma Incubator is used to create Luma Life (using various island essences) and hatch your eggs. Combine Luma Life with a Mysterious Egg; after a short wait, your new Luma will emerge. Remember to pet your new Luma to strengthen your bond before it can assist you on the farm.
