The latest season of Marvel Snap dives into the realm of legacy, spotlighting Sam Wilson as the new Captain America. This season introduces innovative mechanics that can dramatically alter your gameplay experience. Alongside Sam, new characters like Diamondback and Thaddeus Ross join the fray, offering fresh strategic layers to explore throughout the month.

Sam Wilson's transition from Falcon to Captain America is celebrated with a dedicated Season Pass. His unique card ability kicks off each match by placing Cap's Shield at a random location. This shield can be maneuvered across the board, and while it remains indestructible, it amplifies Sam's power by +2 whenever it's positioned in his location.

February sees an exciting lineup of new characters being released. Joaquín Torres arrives on February 4th, with Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross following on February 11th. Redwing makes an entrance on February 18th, and Diamondback rounds off the month on February 25th. As Series 5 cards, these characters will be available through the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache, providing various opportunities to add them to your collection.

Marvel Snap is also expanding its universe with two new locations: the Smithsonian Museum and Madripoor. At the Smithsonian Museum, Ongoing abilities receive an additional +1 Power per card, while Madripoor enhances the highest-cost cards at its location by +2 Power after each turn. These new settings invite players to experiment with different deck strategies, adapting to the evolving dynamics of the season.

The Viktor Farro album, launching on February 4th, offers rewards such as a Darkhawk variant and collector's tokens.
