This marks the first full-length comic work by Ben H. Winters, acclaimed author of the Last Policeman trilogy and creator of CBS's Tracker. The stunning artwork comes from Leomacs, known for EC's Epitaphs from the Abyss, with cover contributions from Christian Ward and Malachi Ward.

Publisher's synopsis:

Benjamin J. Carp was more than a writer - he was a counterculture icon who revolutionized science fiction through 44 novels and hundreds of stories, including the cult classic The Man They Couldn't Erase. After a life of creative excess ended in 1982, he awakens decades later in a derelict Los Angeles motel.
