While open to partnerships and acquisition offers, Mizobe clarified that there are no ongoing buyout discussions with Microsoft. Beyond platform considerations, Mizobe shared his vision for expanding Palworld's multiplayer capabilities. The upcoming arena mode, described as an "experiment," is a stepping stone towards a fully realized PvP mode. Mizobe expressed a desire to incorporate elements reminiscent of popular survival games like Ark and Rust, emphasizing a richer PvP experience with alliances, resource management, and challenging environments.

Palworld's successful launch, boasting 15 million PC sales and 10 million Xbox players (via Game Pass), underscores its popularity. The upcoming Sakurajima update, launching Thursday, promises a new island, the highly anticipated PvP arena, and more, further enhancing the player experience.
