Astramentis is highly prized due to its ability to provide a massive boost to attributes (+80-120 to All Attributes). This makes it a perfect fit for builds that utilize the Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, another highly valuable Unique, which increases attack speed and lightning damage based on the wearer's Intelligence and Dexterity.

How to Use Orb of Chance To Get Astramentis in PoE 2

To take the gamble, place the Normal Stellar Amulet in your inventory, right-click on the Orb of Chance, and then left-click on the Stellar Amulet. Here are the possible outcomes:

• The item might be destroyed.
• The item could be upgraded to a unique item with the same base. For Stellar Amulets, there are two possible unique outcomes:

  2. Fixation of Yix

Given its higher frequency, Fixation of Yix is the more likely result if the upgrade succeeds, though it's far less valuable than Astramentis.
