PlayStation Productions at CES 2025: A Wave of Game Adaptations

PlayStation Productions made a splash at CES 2025, announcing several new game adaptations for film and television. The January 7th presentation showcased a diverse slate of projects, expanding the company's reach beyond its already successful ventures.

Leading the announcements was Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, a new anime series slated for a 2027 premiere on Crunchyroll. Directed by Takanobu Mizumo and with story composition by Gen Urobuchi, the series will feature original music from Sony Music.

Further announcements included feature films based on Horizon Zero Dawn (produced by Sony Pictures) and Helldivers 2 (produced by Columbia Pictures). Details on these projects remain scarce.
