Exploring the World of The Darkside Detective

The game opens on a gloomy, fog-shrouded night in Twin Lakes, a city where the strange, supernatural, and utterly absurd are commonplace. Meet Detective Francis McQueen and his partner, the endearingly clumsy Officer Patrick Dooley.

Together, they form the Darkside Division, a perpetually underfunded unit within the Twin Lakes Police Department. You'll assist them in solving nine short, engaging cases, immersing yourself in the hilarious and bizarre world of The Darkside Detective and its equally witty follow-up, A Fumble in the Dark.

The game is a playful homage to pop culture, brimming with references to classic horror films, sci-fi series, and buddy cop movies. Case titles alone are intriguing: Malice in Wonderland, Tome Alone, Disorient Express, Police Farce, Don of the Dead, Buy Hard, and Baits Motel.
