Get ready for an action-packed season in Pokémon GO with the Might and Mastery event, set to launch on March 4th, 2025, and running through June 3rd, 2025. This season is all about martial arts and introducing new and legendary Pokémon into the fray.

Who’s the Might and Mastery in Pokémon GO?

The star of the Might and Mastery event is none other than Kubfu, the adorable yet powerful Fighting-type Pokémon. Throughout the event, you'll have the opportunity to evolve Kubfu into one of its two formidable forms: Single Strike Style Urshifu or Rapid Strike Style Urshifu. With the introduction of Dynamax, you might even see Kubfu and other Pokémon grow to colossal sizes during battles, showcasing their might in an epic way.

The adventure deepens with the Might and Mastery Special Research, which you can start claiming from March 5th at 10:00 a.m. until June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This research will unlock in stages throughout the season, so make sure to keep an eye on your research tab to not miss out on any exciting rewards or encounters.

Kubfu makes its grand debut during the Powerful Potential event, running from March 5th to March 10th. This little warrior is ready to step into the Pokémon GO ring, but remember, Kubfu cannot be traded, sent to the professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME.

Participate in Epic Battles

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., Max Battles will dominate the scene, with Power Spots refreshing more frequently. You'll encounter Dynamax Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble in One-Star Max Battles, while Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise will appear in Six-Star Max Battles. For those looking for a challenge, One-Star Raids will feature Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea, and Three-Star Raids will bring Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye into the mix.
