Respawn Entertainment, in collaboration with Bit Reactor—a studio founded by former XCOM developers—will unveil their new Star Wars tactical strategy game on April 19, 2025, during the Star Wars Celebration event in Japan. This highly anticipated announcement promises fans an exciting first look at the project.

Initially confirmed in 2022, details have been limited until now. Recent reports indicate the game is being developed using Unreal Engine 5 and will feature turn-based combat, providing a deep tactical experience within the Star Wars universe.

Despite recent layoffs at EA, developers reassured fans in March 2024 that the project remains on track. The upcoming reveal is expected to include crucial details and a trailer showcasing gameplay and visuals.
