SEGA’s Fall Guys-Style Game Sonic Rumble Enters Pre-Launch In Select Regions

Remember Sonic Rumble? The upcoming Sonic game where Sonic and friends swap high-speed adventures for Fall Guys-style party chaos? Following its May CBT, Sonic Rumble is entering its pre-launch phase.

Sonic Rumble's Pre-Launch Rollout

SEGA has launched Sonic Rumble's Pre-Launch Phase 1 in the Philippines on Android and iOS. This initial phase continues throughout the summer, after which all gameplay data will be reset.

Pre-Launch Phase 2 will follow in the fall, expanding to Peru and Colombia. Phase 3 will add more regions (yet to be announced). Global pre-registration will open after Phase 3, likely by the end of the year or early next year. The recent success of Fall Guys likely spurred this accelerated launch plan.

Gameplay Overview

Sonic Rumble, similar to Stumble Guys and Fall Guys, features mini-games packed with zany obstacles and challenges. Play solo or team up with friends.

However, Sonic Rumble adds a unique twist: classic Sonic villains like Dr. Eggman appear to disrupt the competition. While obstacle avoidance remains central, expect unexpected villain encounters. Philippine players can download Sonic Rumble now from the Google Play Store.
