The Sims turns 25 with updates in FreePlay, livestreams and more
The Sims franchise celebrates its 25th anniversary this year! To mark this milestone, EA is launching a series of celebrations across all platforms, including significant updates for mobile titles.
This landmark gaming franchise, initially conceived as a SimCity spin-off, revolutionized gaming by offering unprecedented control over the lives of simulated individuals. Mobile Game Updates:
The Sims FreePlay and The Sims Mobile are receiving major anniversary updates. The Sims FreePlay features the "FreePlay 2000" update, a Y2K-themed experience, alongside new live events and a 25-day gifting event. The Sims Mobile is offering two free gifts to players during its birthday week, commencing March 4th.
