Sonic Rumble is gearing up for an exciting pre-release crossover event, even though its official worldwide launch is scheduled for May 8th. This event isn't about bringing in external influences; instead, it's a celebration of Sega's iconic characters from past and present, making it a must-attend for fans!

The crossover event, set to occur before the global release, is available to players in regions participating in the soft launch. From now until May 7th, you have the chance to claim the Werewolf character from the classic game Altered Beast, absolutely free.

For those subscribed to the Sega Star Event Pass, there's even more in store. You can unlock the Weredragon from Altered Beast, alongside Sega's first mascot, Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone. But that's not all! The in-game Ring Shop will offer additional characters like Upa-Upa and the Werebear, while the Red Star Ring Shop features beloved characters from Super Monkey Ball, including AiAi and MeeMee.
