Clone Hero streamer and content creator CarnyJared has achieved the remarkable feat of securing a full combo (FC) on DragonForce's iconic Guitar Hero 3 song, "Through the Fire and Flames," at an astounding 200% speed. This monumental achievement was shared with the world on February 27, marking the end of a grueling nine-month journey.

In his video description, CarnyJared expressed immense gratitude to his supporters, stating, “IT. IS. OVER.” He acknowledged the unwavering support from his community on Twitch and YouTube, emphasizing the collective effort that went into mastering the song's 3,722 notes. “We all spent an unfathomable amount of time staring at the same 3,722 notes, figuring out any possible way to hit them more efficiently. Somehow it worked out, and somehow I am able to sit in front of this computer which you have all cumulatively provided to me, and make a living playing Clone Hero,” he shared.

The intensity of playing "Through the Fire and Flames" at regular speed is challenging enough, but CarnyJared's performance at double speed is nothing short of breathtaking. Completing the seven-and-a-half-minute song in just over three minutes demonstrates his unparalleled skill and dedication.

Achieving a full combo in Clone Hero, an open-source game reminiscent of Guitar Hero, means playing the entire song without missing a single note. CarnyJared's video showcased his progress, with nearly 2,000 FC runs past the first bridge, 662 past the second, and 227 to the solo section. This successful 200% FC on "Through the Fire and Flames" is only the fourth time he has managed to pass the solo.
