How To Study a Historical Display in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event
Week two of The Sims 4's Blast from the Past event is in full swing, sending players on a scavenger hunt to unravel the mystery. But one seemingly simple task has players stumped: studying a Historical Display. Here's how to conquer this challenge.

One of Week 2's quests requires you to study a Historical Display at a museum. Long-time players likely know their local museum's location. New players should open their map and look for the pillar icon. While four museums exist in the default game, the Municipal Museum in Willow Creek and The Future's Past in Oasis Springs are ideal choices due to their proximity to other event tasks.
Once you arrive at a museum, finding a Historical Display is easy. Both paintings and sculptures qualify. Simply click on the display and select "View." The Emit icon confirms quest completion.
Despite the quest's simplicity, many players report issues. Mods appear to interfere, preventing the "View" option from appearing. Some players have even removed all mods without success. We hope EA addresses this, but until then, try studying multiple items in different museums.
