Clash Royale has finally released a significant enhancement for the Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade after its initial launch without an Evolution, this fiery Legend receives a potent upgrade. To mark the occasion, Supercell collaborated with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special reveal.

Nine years after its first appearance, the Inferno Dragon stars in a fresh Clash Royale trailer. Ismo Leikola shines as the dragon's eccentric Hollywood agent, advocating for its rise to stardom.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form significantly changes its battlefield effectiveness. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the evolved iteration maintains escalating damage output for greater impact.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites Clash Royale's New Season

The upcoming season, titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution and revives the 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ranks.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 provides a customized Battle Banner with decorative frame plus an Epic Book of Cards. The second event delivers another unique Battle Banner alongside 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution mechanics, developers have planned an extensive lineup of Game Modes and Challenges running throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft opens June 2nd-9th, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge June 6th-9th rewarding players with a Battle Banner and custom Emote.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9th-16th) permits decks containing up to 4 Evolution Cards. This transitions into Magical Trio (June 16th-23rd) before the 4 Card Showdown (June 23rd-30th). The month concludes with Evolution Bonanza (June 30th-July 7th), allowing experimental decks packing up to 8 Evolution Cards.
