Netmarble's Tower of God: New World, inspired by the beloved webtoon series, is gearing up for an exciting update that introduces two new characters and a new character grade system. This update is tailored for both new and veteran players, especially those who have mastered the tower's challenges through the addition of the Pioneer's Remnant System.

The first character making her debut is Xia Xia, an SSR+ Elite Spy with the Red Element and Support and Light Bearer Tags. Xia Xia brings a dynamic mix of powerful AoE support and HP recovery skills to the battlefield, making her an invaluable asset to any team. The second character is Zahard, an Adventurer with the Green Element, Warrior, and Fisherman tags, who introduces the new XSR+ grade to Tower of God: New World. Zahard marks the first character in this new grade, which is designed to differentiate alternate versions of SSR+ characters, whether they are imaginary (IF) versions or have a different appearance. Although XSR+ characters may share animations and skills with their SSR+ counterparts, they are distinguished by unique Revolution skills.

To complement these new additions, the game introduces the Pioneer's Remnant System. This feature rewards players who conquer Hard Mode with a special resource that can be exchanged for growth materials and other valuable rewards, catering to those who have already conquered the tower's toughest challenges.
