Short Circuit Studio has just announced a thrilling new update for their recently launched settlement builder game, TownsFolk. Titled "Shadows and Fortune," this update adds a darker tone to the charming pixel-art adventure, introducing a range of new mechanics for players to explore.

Even though TownsFolk is newly launched, the studio isn't holding back on enriching the gameplay. The "Shadows and Fortune" update introduces new buildings and challenges that will enhance your gaming experience. To help players navigate the new additions, a handy Compendium will serve as an in-game encyclopedia. The Exploration System has been revamped, and players can now adjust Campaign Difficulties between Frontier and Survival modes, allowing for a more personalized gaming experience.
