Leaked gameplay footage of the canceled Transformers: Reactivate has re-emerged online. Originally announced in 2022 by Splash Damage in collaboration with Hasbro, the co-op game pitted Autobots and Decepticons against an alien threat, "the Legion." The recently surfaced footage, from a 2020 build, showcases Bumblebee's gameplay, highlighting transformations and combat reminiscent of Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Despite some unfinished elements, the footage demonstrates a polished game with environmental destruction. A brief, silent cutscene depicts Bumblebee's arrival in a ravaged New York City. While the game's cancellation is disappointing, the leaks offer a glimpse into its potential.

The developer, Splash Damage, is now focusing on other projects.
