Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After exiting the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the expansive Garbage area. Due to the distance from your starting base, encountering traders in this region will take some time.

Stalker 2 Garbage Trader Locations

Slag Heap traders in Stalker 2 Garbage area.

Initially, your quest markers won't directly lead you to the Slag Heap, a key hub in the Garbage zone. Progressing the main storyline is necessary; specifically, completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks this location. This involves prior visits to the Detention Center and the Laboratory before meeting Scar. However, you can explore the Slag Heap, located north of the laboratory, at your own pace.

Two traders operate within the Slag Heap:

Boozer: Situated at the entrance, Boozer runs a bar, selling food and drinks while also accepting various items for trade. He's easily found.
Huron: Located to the left, then through the open door on your right, Huron specializes in weapons and equipment. His room also serves as your stash, and interacting with him initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech resides at the back of the left corridor. You'll encounter him while progressing the main quest through interactions with Diode.
