Selling Stolen Goods:

The simplest method is to store stolen items in a chest. After approximately one to two in-game weeks, the "stolen" marker will vanish, allowing you to sell them to any merchant NPC without issue. The longer the wait, the safer the transaction.

Guard encounters while carrying stolen items will result in arrest unless you can bribe your way out of trouble. Storing the items prevents this risk.

Accelerating the Process:

Investing in the "Hustler" and "Partner in Crime" perks (located under the Speech skill tree) eliminates the need to wait. These perks enable the sale of stolen goods without penalty.

Early in the game, a fence operates within the Nomads' Camp. This individual will purchase stolen goods regardless of their marked status.
