Victoria Hand Deck Synergies

• Victoria Hand boosts cards added to your hand by card generators.

Countering Victoria Hand

Super Skrull effectively counters Victoria Hand. He's a strong tech card against both Victoria Hand and Doctor Doom 2099 decks.
