As Patch 11.1 hits the World of Warcraft Public Test Realm, players have had the opportunity to explore this new system, including the initial set of backgrounds and their acquisition methods. In addition to the default Adventurer's Rest, four new campsites are introduced in Patch 11.1: Ohn'ahran Overlook, Cultists' Quay, Freywold Spring, and Gallagio Grand Gallery. New Campsites in World of Warcraft Patch 11.1

The Ohn’ahran Overlook, showcasing the Ohn'ahran Plains from Dragonflight, is automatically obtained by logging in after Patch 11.1. The Cultists’ Quay, set in the Nightfall Sanctum Delve in Hallowfall, is earned through the Delver’s Journey for Season 2. The Freywold Spring, located in the village of the same name, and the Gallagio Grand Gallery, featured in the new raid, Liberation of Undermine, require the completion of the "All That Khaz" and "Racing to a Revolution" meta-achievements, respectively.

Players can easily preview and unlock these campsites through a new tab in the Collections pane. On the character select screen, a dedicated tab at the top allows players to choose their preferred campsite or opt for a random selection from their favorites each time they log in.

This feature builds upon the foundation laid by the Warbands system introduced in World of Warcraft: The War Within, indicating Blizzard's ongoing commitment to enhancing this aspect of the game.
