HoYoverse has officially announced the launch of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7, titled 'Bury Your Tears with the Past,' set to release on April 23rd. This update marks the culmination of Season 1, promising to unravel the intricate narrative threads that have captivated players.

What’s in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?

Version 1.7 will finally shed light on the mystery surrounding the Sacrifice crisis. Players, as Proxies, will delve deep into Vivian’s complex past and uncover the truth about Hugo’s fate following his dramatic plunge into the Hollow. The tension between Mockingbird and TOPS escalates, prompting the Mayor to dispatch a special Void Hunter-rank investigator.

Joining Vivian, Proxies will venture into hostile territories to locate the Sacrifice Core. This mission is not only about resolving the crisis but also about confronting Vivian’s past adversaries and unraveling the Exaltists' conspiracy, which is now unraveling at the seams.

Here’s the Character Lineup

Two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird are introduced in this update. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, gracefully wields a parasol and rapier, delivering significant Corruption damage when paired with other characters’ EX Special Attacks. The second new character, Hugo, is an Ice Attack Agent who uses a suitcase that transforms into a scythe. His attacks on stunned enemies trigger a Totalize effect, amplifying damage based on the stun duration.

Joining them is Robin, Mockingbird’s agile Bangboo partner, who uses cards with random effects. Returning characters include Jane, the Physical Anomaly Agent, and Lighter, the Fire Stun Agent, both featured in Version 1.7’s banners.

Version 1.7 also introduces new events, such as 'Say It With Flowers,' where players can manage a flower shop, fulfill design requests, and create floral arrangements. Completing these commissions unlocks a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode, along with exclusive rewards.
