Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 introduces highly anticipated S-Rank agent reruns, marking a significant shift in the game's character release strategy. Previously focused solely on new agent additions, Version 1.5 will feature two phases of rerun banners.

This change addresses player requests for a rerun system similar to HoYoverse's other titles, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. The initial expectation that Version 1.4 would include reruns proved unfounded, but Version 1.5 delivers on this much-requested feature.

Version 1.5 Agent Release Schedule:

Phase 1 (January 22 - February 12):

• Astra Yao (New)
• Ellen Joe (Rerun) – Including a new Agent Story.

Phase 2 (February 12 - March 11):

• Evelyn Chevalier (New)
• Qingyi (Rerun)

Both rerun banners will also feature the agents' respective W-Engines.

The Version 1.5 special program also confirmed leaked information about new character outfits. Three new outfits will be available: "Chandelier" for Astra, "On Campus" for Ellen, and "Cunning Cutie" for Nicole. Notably, Nicole's "Cunning Cutie" outfit will be a free reward from the "Day of Brilliant Wishes" event. This update finally gives players a chance to obtain previously missed S-Rank agents and their associated equipment.
