Michelle Trachtenberg, the actress known for her roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Gossip Girl, has died at the age of 39, according to reports. Police sources indicate her death is not considered suspicious.

ABC News reported that Trachtenberg was found deceased on Wednesday in her New York City apartment near Columbus Circle by her mother. ABC News also stated that Trachtenberg had recently undergone a liver transplant and may have experienced subsequent complications.
