最初的混乱源于游戏Steam页面列出了六种具有“完整配音”的语言：英语、法语、德语、捷克语和俄语。 然而，尽管之前的《黑手党》游戏都包含意大利语，但这次却缺失了意大利语配音，这促使粉丝们质疑开发商的选择，许多人感到被冒犯，因为黑手党起源于意大利。
