(c) SentientBamboo HoYoverse总裁刘伟最近谈到了严厉的玩家反馈给《原神》开发团队带来的“焦虑和困惑”。在上海最近的一次活动中，刘伟在玩家不满情绪日益高涨的动荡时期发表了上述评论，尤其是在2024年春节和随后的更新期间。在YouTube频道SentientBamboo录制并翻译的演讲中，刘伟表达了玩家的强烈批评对团队的深远负面影响。“过去一年，原神团队和我本人经历了很多焦虑和困惑，”他说。“我们确实感觉经历了一段非常艰难的时期。我们听到了很多声音，其中一些非常尖锐，导致整个项目团队感觉非常无用。”
许多玩家表达了他们对与HoYoverse的其他游戏（如《崩坏：星穹铁道》）相比，《原神》更新缺乏令人兴奋和足够内容的挫败感，导致大量负面评价和强烈反弹。另一方面，《呜咽的波浪》这款Kuro Games最新的RPG游戏也成为玩家争议的焦点，批评主要针对两款游戏的游戏玩法和角色移动选项之间的差异。

尽管面临挑战，刘伟仍对游戏的未来及其玩家表达了希望，并承诺团队将继续致力于改进游戏并倾听玩家社区的声音。“我知道，即使在今天，我们仍然无法满足所有人的期望。但在过去一年团队和我经历的焦虑和困惑之后，我觉得我们也从旅行者那里获得了许多勇气和信任。所以从现在开始，在我离开舞台之后，我希望整个《原神》团队以及所有《原神》玩家都能放下过去，全心全意地创造最佳体验。”
